Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide clear documentation, including photographs,videos to support your claim. If it is confirmed that the problem was caused by EBEECNC, you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement product.

2.2 Approval once your request is received, we will review the information provided. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances.
